Tenant's Guide

If you are interested in a property that we manage then please contact us either by email or telephone us on 01332 551600 for further details/to arrange a viewing.

• An Application Form will be provided when we meet you at the property.
  
  
• If you decide to apply for the tenancy of the property, complete the application form and return this to us as soon as possible as applications are dealt with on a first come, first served basis together with the administration fee.
  
  
• In order to avoid delay, you should inform all referees (Landlord, Employer, Bank & Character) that we would be applying for references from them.
  
  
• When we have received all the references and are satisfied with the contents we can then arrange a date/time for the handover. However, we can only guarantee to hold a property for two weeks whilst awaiting references.
  
  
• At the handover (signing the appropriate agreement) you will be required to pay the first months rent in advance and the deposit which is equivalent to one months rent which must be paid in cleared funds i.e. cash or bankers draft
  
  
• We will read the gas/electric/water meters at the handover and will provide details of your Utility Suppliers. You must contact the Utility Suppliers direct to open an account with them, register your details and inform them of the meter readings.
