This has enabled Graham Austin to appoint his daughter Katie Austin as a director of the new company to take charge of the Property Management portfolio with the administrative support of Denise Austin who has had 28 years experience in the property management industry in Derby.

Graham Austin has over 30 years experience in financial investigation, enabling a more extensive credit checking and referencing of prospective tenants thereby reducing the risk of problem tenants and rent arrears.
